"Lets Welcome Khaos.."
This is the First Official, Public alpha version of SSB:Khaos!
A Brawl mod that aims to fuse aspects of ALL SMASH GAMES (that INCLUDES other smash mods.) while at the same time maintaining its melee competitive aspects as one of the top priorities.
Khaos in a nutshell:
-Hard taco or Soft taco?
~....Why not both?!
-*CHEERS AND CELEBRATION*
This Mod could be considered a spiritual successor to melee, but instead of shunning Daddy Sakurai's post-melee approaches to smash, as well as drastically altering the cast like project m did. This mod will actually do its best to FUSE these 2 different concepts, merged into one cluster fvck of easter eggs, and references to ALL THINGS SMASH (again, this includes mods, so... ]EE[ ; Syntax Error ; Brawl+ ect. *wipes nostalgia tear from eye*)
You just have to find them ;)
PLUS extra characters, stages, textures, music, on the way in the next future release version, Khaos expansion pack, aka, Khaos Omega version.
Dont forget! This mod is made for competitive play! Keep in mind this is only 0.9 at the moment. So bear with me, I will release a version 1.0 asap. No ETA on it though, but just know its coming soon.
THIS VERSION OF RELEASE IS WIIMMFI WIFI CUSTOM SERVER READY! SO ONLINE IS *NOW FINE!* (Now is key. as this newest version of Khaos has NOW been tested on the new custom wifi servers as of 12/12/2015.) (if this is your first time using nintendo wifi after it was shut down, you may have to: 1- start up khaos via riivo or gecko/usb loader(which is still gecko) and attempt to connect to wifi like normal. 2- take note of the error code it gives you. 3- google your error code, you may simply have to wait 24hrs for your new wifi FC to be generated. Simply run Khaos via riivo or gecko (riivo recommended for sfx n stuff) within that time and connect to wifi like normal. And Voila!!
NOTE: When playing online with someone, please note that Khaos plays with custom buffer choices. Which will de-sync if both players are using different buffer scaling. To avoid this, as host, simply change the rules to turn buffer off (0 frame(s) of buffer matches) so no one gets confused. Or you can simply communicate with your opponent and agree upon a certain buffer you both will use before the match, remember? like we all did during them good ol brawl+ days :)
ALSO NOTE THIS VERSION IS MADE TO LAUNCH WITH RIIVOLUTION! (Although you can still launch via gecko and usb loader(which is still gecko, but for ISOs) but its not recommended as riivo allows for custom sfx and movies to be played. Its up to you.) THIS MEANS THAT, THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL USERS ARE GOOD TO GO!!
IF YOUR WII IS HACKLESS YOU WILL FIRST NEED TO GO INTO: 'YOUR_SD_CARD/PRIVATE/WII/APP/RSBE/' AND RENAME "smash ST ack" to "ST" and proceed to start up brawl like normal. GO TO VAULT, STAGE BUILDER, GAME WILL FREEZE FOR A LIL BIT THEN RIIVOLUTION SHOULD NOW LOAD UP.

(Some one said im better off with a hitbox for my kind of mod streaming, so i created one! :3) Someone sent me a whisper on twitch asking if i do online tournaments. I DEFINITELY WILL i've never done it before but this whole time im trying to get Khaos in actual physical tournament venues, yet i completely over-looked online tourneys! So yeah, we can try some online tourneys!! Why not?!?! ^.^)
Side Note and Fun Fact: This project started with the thought "who would win in a fight? Melee Fox? or Brawl MetaKnight?" And thus Khaos was born.
