[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Jigglypuff]
As part of the 20th Anniversary of Pokemon!!! i present Jigglypuff with Fairy type based attacks
Neutral air-Disarming Voice (pic 1)
Front air-Dazzling Gleam gives Jigglypuff a Cracker Launcher's shot to throw at enemies (pic 2)(it vanishes if you don't use it)
Her normal attacks:
Dash attack-Headbutt (may make the foe flinch)
A-A (second jab) leaves the foe with a flower
Rollout (a little stronger)
Pound (remains the same)
Sing (has much more range and Jigglypuff is intangible while singing)
Rest (the same but now heals 20% of damage but use at your own risk, you can receive a big blow while sleeping)
Final Smash Puff Up+Hyper Voice (pic 3)
Her original FS but at the end she attacks with a huge sound wave sending opponents flying (it's a One hit KO, except for heavy characters like Bowser, DK, King DDD)
Jigglypuff has more resistance not a lot but the necessary like Pikachu, and when her shield breaks she won't die anymore
I tried to make Jigglypuff a more viable Pokemon with combos, stronger moves, more resistance and i think i did it
IMPORTANT: Known bugs, remember the \"Gigalypuff\" glitch? (that when Jigglypuff is interrupted in her final smash and gets too big) well if my Jigglypuff gets hit in the exact moment (right before she shouts) you'll get that Gigalypuff glitch, i don´t know how to fix it, if someone knows how please PM me, but it happens very rarely because at that moment nobody can get that close to Jigglypuff and land a hit on her.
