True PM Roy V1 by FGUG2030, Amarythe with credit to Amarythe, for the True Roy PSA

[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Custom Character]

Inspired by the True Roy PSA made by fellow modder Amarythe, this movesets changes that moveset to be more catered to users who like Project M Roy's playstyle but more balanced for roy.

Changes:

Up Tilt: Project M Roy's

Side Tilt: More power and knockback and growth like True Ike's Side Tilt

Down Air: Can Spike/Meteor at any area and can deal great damage

Neutral Air: Project M Roy's

Forward Air: Balanced throughtout, can tip and and be used at close range dealing the same damage throughout.

EDIT:

changed the FitRoy.pac to allocate for the sfx changes for Project M 3.6

Update:

V2 will be the same moveset ported over marth with either coding to allow the port or the animations will be ported over Thany's Decloned Roy to allow for the same style and animations to occur
