for those who havent been around the whole time, my job is to balance all these jank ass PSA's people carelessly throw in their builds. You can't desecrate the work of Project M with a chaos spear that stuns on contact. The goal, with Project M 3.6 as a base for all characters, and the basis for how EX characters are balanced (attempted , at least...continuously, daily...for a year and counting) is to give these characters a competitive, project M feel to them, while fleshing out their movesets and options/mechanics where possible. This mod is designed to be competitive, but I am one PSA'er and nobody animates. So we're doomed as a future. Have fun till then I guess.
