The City of Heroes HD by BraveDragonWolf with credit to DSX8 for the original stage, Storque12 for the Porsche GT model, Yamen3D for the BMW model, JasonOwen for the T-90 tank model, and 3DRegenerator for the Havoc Chopper and the patrol car
Effects on wifi are unknown.

Added a rain drop texture animation to the ground! It's sorta like
rain hitting the ground but, it's worth a re-download now.

I promise this is the last and final version...

If you liked my HD Kongo Falls stage, I'm 100% sure you'll love this stage more than before!

- New helicopter

- New police car

- New and improved billboard renders done by me

- Stage has global illumination...No (I wish...)
