At long last, a mod I've been sitting on for almost three years now, and one of the first projects I'd ever started back when Melee Remastered 2.0 had first come out. Since then, I've learned so much more about model and texture work, so it's certainly been a journey getting this good enough for release. Please enjoy, it certainly makes me happy to finally make this public.
