[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Luigi]
Luigi clones Mario's final smash!

Identical in damage & hitboxes, use Mario's original power as Luigi instead of the weird dark hole that made a specific area even worse than the blastzone. Has green flames, deals green fire damage and most importantly, it comes with new final smash voicelines from Galaxy! It requires 2 specific codes though, otherwise it will dissapear on the first hit it deals.

It's PM only, may have some issues with vanilla brawl.
