[Character - Texture - Peach]
This is a skin for turnips / radishes. The different damage levels are color coded, and they also say the number of the damage percent for a normal throw.
Version 2.0 changes the green leaves to black, to avoid confusion with the green turnips / radishes.

(If you didn't know, z-throws do 2% more damage.)
