Download link fixed. I'm sorry for the delay in fixing it.
EDIT (22/4/13): Added .pac and .pcs files for a different batch of recolours. Partially so that there's more choice and partially so that it works properly in 1 player modes. ~ SDo0m
Mouthy merc returned to here.
Including the PSA, Model, Recolors, CSPs, Voice and others.
