It's False Wario, one of Wario's minions from the miscellaneous games Wario's Woods and Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman!
COMES WITH A CSP, AN IN GAME PORTRAIT THINGY, AND EVEN A STOCK ICON BECAUSE I'M OBSESSED WITH DETAILS.
I made this because no one else has and I figured the people that only like adding "Cannon" costumes to their game (like myself) would appreciate it. Plus it's just that cool.
Just a retexture so Wifi should be fine.
