[Character - Texture - Custom Character]
This is an unofficial Smash 3 "DLC", based on my non-Smash 3 Master Lord Roy recolor, which, in turn, is based upon Roy's appearance in Hasha no Tsurugi. The armor's teal instead of blue, the blue part of the cape is a bit lighter and a slightly different shade, and the cape tips are now teal as well.
Like my regular Master Lord Roy, it's intended to be used as a 00 costume, but it also could work well as a blue team costume.
