Considering we are rewarding extremely unnapreciated hacks, intense lurking, and maybe even recolors, I personnally don't see the problem.  Seriously though, "been posting in the Family Thread for a year", what does that mean ? LordNoah has been posting in the Family for more than a year. Just ... not very often. Is he eligible to it, then ?  I'm not going to commit slow suicide by checking every single person who posted in the Family. XD ***************************** Also, here is the huge recap list of ideas. Some of them will have to wait until SJS manages to design something for them. Most won't be doable unless I get some slaves assistants. Once we are done with the main ideas, I may go and recruit some people to just patrol the Vault and give awards. |

How about been posting in the fam for a year AND at least 500 posts? That way a lot of people would fall off and only the most active there get them. As for the vault checking, i wouldn't mind browsing around if i know what i'm looking for. |

15 minutes of fame- kind of a play off of Stars Instant Fame idea. Except it's awarded to anyone with only one hack with over 1000 downloads.
Warm Welcomer - Having X amount of posts in the Introductions board.
Hey! Listen! - This one would be a little Navi or something. Given to someone who has made at least X amount of topics.
Hot Topic - Created a thread that has had over X amount of replies.
Helping Hand - Given to those who have written more than X amount of tutorials. Kind of an upgrade to the Tutorial Writer award.
You do know, that you qualify for all those awards right? =s Why did I just now see this? What else is there to reward in the family thread? It's just constant conversation and "hugging." Tell me what has been done on that thread, that is worth rewarding. Enlighten me. I can't check how many posts someone did in one topic. And even if I could, the old Family Thread got busted, so no matter what, it's impossible. There really isn't anything concrete I can base myself on to award anything in the Family thread. And Italian just beat me to saying that. [censored]! As for the vault checking, i wouldn't mind browsing around if i know what i'm looking for. That's not going to happen until we're done with the current main list of awards though. |
