There is a program called Blender, but I never used it. :/ And you can't rig models with it, only 3DS Max can. And wrong section to post. I think....

Or, if you're a college student, you can get the student edition for free; it's fully functional but the catch is you can't sell what you make. You can get it through Autodesk.  As for Blender, I don't know how well that coincides with Brawl Box and .dae files...

1. You don't have to be a college student
2. Blender doesn't work with importing.
