"Could not find file "rel/"

Using Bero's Stage Switcher, I put a .rel in the folder, prompt the Stage Switcher.exe, tell it what to convert the .rel file into, and then it says "Could not find file "rel/". Any idea why it's not letting me convert?

And nah that's alright. I didn't need to convert any .rels right now. I just need to know I can get it to work in case I want to switch in the future. Thanks for the offer though.

Wait...can't I just download the rels I need from the Data Partition here? Why would I need Stage Switcher then?
