I'm having trouble with Brawl Vault. Whenever I try to report a mod, it says, "You are not allowed to report mods!"
Huh? Can somebody explain to me what this means? Please drop me a line at my Formspring. You lost your reporting rights a long time ago because you were making terrible reports. |

The PSA file in the upload in question is exactly the same as the PSA file in the other upload. And the questioned upload failed by not adding in the .rel file. |
