Let us see Toad Maybe we want him, anyway ] alrite this is why the texture wont turn out good i turned that into that. (size difference) i will post a picture in brawlbox and a texture soon, dont expect it to look that good. model was fixed up a bit before i posted that though.

Here is what I suggest for Toad.
1. Keep Olimar's original head, and use the helmet to make the mushroom hat only, and remove the nose. It will look better that way in the end because they are referenced on the same bone.

the helmet will be transparent though. even if you put a solid texture over it, it turns out that way because of how olimar was made. i might be able to fix it though. if i change the image type in brawlbox.

You need to change the materials to make it solid. The Materials1 or 2 folders should hold the key. O was also thinking of how nice it would be to make The Master on Olimar.

Don't change the image type, that will cause a freeze. What you can do is delete that image of the transparent helmet. Don't know the name so we will say ToadHelmet1. So delete the texture ToadHelmet1 but make sure you see the dimensions. Let's say its 512x512. Once it's deleted, import a NEW texture for Toad's head. It will be named NewNode, so just rename it ToadHelmet1, and make sure it's the same dimensions, which we're saying it's 512x512. If you need any help with that, let me know

toad is going good everyone, way better than the last time. expect a preview tomorrow, in just 5 minutes ive almost conformed his head to a ripped model of toad. this is going to look good. also now that i have more time on my hands im going to finish up several projects this week and start some new stuff so just keep waiting.

But good work on Olimar thanks angelbless! and btw the model a few posts up isnt that good, it looks so much better now, im making the hat out of olimars fish bowl now and im conforming it from a ripped model so its going to look like an import.
