pichu has already been done too lol all melee clones were made already but he said it wont be based of the melee moveset so much |

Sasuke Uchiha Moveset
Stats
Size: 6.5/10
Weight: 5/10 Midweight
Power: 6/10 With Mangekyo Sharingan 8/10 and Susanoo 9.5/10 his power increments considerable.
Speed 8/10
Air Speed 6/10 he´s poor at airbone attacks
(SM= SUSANOO MODE, most of his A attacks are taken from 10:14-11:00 , i still cant decide over which moves will be over.
NM= NORMAL MODE
MM= MANGEKYO MODE)
A attacks:Jab: A simple punch followed by two sword slashes
Dash: sasuke spins with his sword, some like link´s sword dash attack.
Tilts
Side Tilt:2:20- 2:22 the kick one.
Up Tilt:Simple upward slash
Down Tilt: Sasuke from his arm summons a big shuriken, works like .Fade naruto kunai attack except before it ends the shuriken explodes in four pieces.
Smashes
Up Smash:
NM.- A powerful cut upward followed by a chidori spear shock slash. Low dmg, mid kb 2:28-2:31
MM.- 0:35 in vid just that need to connect the attack and press A to make each part of the smash instead of kick,slash,kick, is double kick,slash. No kb but
NM.-Side Smash: 0:43, he makes a solid cut, if press A he teleports making a powerful cut.
MM.- 1:18- 1:21
Down Smash:
3:26-3:31
Aerials
Side: Same as Backwars
Backward: A quick, solid slash
Up: Sasuke shoots a flame around upwards
Downward: A Powerful kick, like the up smash one, but this has mid-high kb it sends you to the floor, and its only one kick.
N-Air: Sasuke is covered in electricity, like mewtwo n-air.
Throws
Side Throw: 4:33-4:37 my favorite move
Back Throw:Sasuke jumps in opponents back and shoots a fireball 2:46- 2:48
Up Throw: Sasuke stabs his sword on opponent chest and throws it up. Need idea.
Down Throw: Need idea
(SM= SUSANOO MODE
NM= NORMAL MODE
MM= MANGEKYO MODE)
Neutral B
NM: Chidori:
Sasuke charges with his left hand a large electric blast, while charging, you can charge in place or running while charging to target easily your foe, chidori has 3 charges in total each one has low knockback and range but high dmg since is an assassination technique.
4:23-4:29
In air, sasuke moves in a zig-zag downwards, low dmg+ knockback but high range.
MM:Same except in ground while charging in place by pressing A button you make Chidori Spear technique, the attack is too fast but has strong dmg, knockback, and long but thin range, this attack only works on ground. 1:10
SM: Susanoo throws a giant arrow that if connects creates a dark explosion, the arrow travels too fast so it needs strategic ways to make it hit. Low Kb, High dmg and mid range.
6:14-6:19
Side B
NM: Dragon Flame Jutsu: Sasuke makes hand sings, after releases a dragon shaped flame, the attack works like Mariodk´s Fire mario fireball, except it cant be spammable since you need to make the hand signs first.
4:19-4:21
MM: Sasuke targets his opponent with his eye and releases the Amaterasu, Black flames that extingish after making 30% dmg to your opponent, the attack works like zelda side b but with the difference the attack has normal range and doesnt explode if connects. makes dmg like rip stick until they make 30% dmg, if connects or not, after attack ends, sasuke recieves 25% dmg because of his eye. 6:01-6:09
SM: Same as in MM but high range + dmg to both(foe and sasuke)
Up B
NM:Sasuke Summons a giant hawk which send him upwards.
MM:Same as NM.
SM:Susanoo throws sasuke forward.
Down B
NM: Chidori Nagashi.- Sasuke makes a charging pose if someone hits you,allows sasuke releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the sasuke's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. 14 % dmg no knockback.
MM: Susano´o Shield, another counter sasuke has his wait animation, if someone tries to hit you susano´o ribcage shields sasuke, making him invincible after that makes 0:50
SM: Susanoo uses his bow as a shield to reflect projectiles, this move has a secret purposal which ill reveal later.
Final Smash: Kirin!
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique, it is possibly the most powerful lightning technique in naruto.
Sasuke charge slowly lightning on his left hand after raises the hand and suddenly a lightning creature appears. Sasuke then throws a giant lighnting strike that is an instant 50% KO move only for the side sasuke is facing.
How to Avoid, run behind sasuke.
This moves has slow startup.
5:51-6:00
This Final Smash is unnavaiable for Susanoo mode, since the moveset is too OP and susanoo spents sasuke chakra [/spoiler]

Not exactly, only in dragon flame since in advanced shippuden sasuke uses chidori by just holding his hand without hand signs

got an idea. if you do handsigns for moves, you could have his hands snap to their positions instead of moving them smoothly. it would save you time and show how great sasuke is at preparing his jutsu's
