He's tiny in BrawlBox o.o
But animations fix that.

im bad at rigging fingers anyways... but i could try to rig multiple fingers to 1 bone with Ridley.

If that don't work, might I suggest just not rigging the fingers and posing them in 3DS to save yourself from the trouble?
