so i try to drag-n-drop textures to models in 3DS Max 2010, but it doesnt work.... the circle with the cross through it appears and it wont let me drop it.

are there any other ways to apply textures?

yes. there is. put the texture files in the same area as the model. also, if that still doesnt work, it shold say that it cant fidn teh textures, adn you could click find path or something like that

So you cannot get the materials into the weird spheres in 3DS max? like, not being able to drag drop the textures images into max?
