⋆ Nerfed Noah's aerial autocanels on every aerial as he lands.  He now has 30 frames of lag every time he lands while doing any aerial attack.
⋆ Nerfed running speed from 2.4 to 1.9.

⋆ Dair now has a size 2 hitbox on 14th and 15th frame, acting as a sweetspot for spikes off the side of the stage.

When I started on this forum a good eight years ago, teenager-me was an overly enthusiastic furry who put on smexy signatures and avatars, referencing and making texture hacks of some furry webcomic (http://twokinds.keenspot.com/). One of the founders/admins at the time, Random, gave me endless crap for it, and kept messing with my profile. It wasn't mean-spirited, but I could have easily taken it poorly. Instead I rolled with the punches and had more fun than if I had antagonized him. Nowadays, we're pretty good friends, chat on Skype whenever we can, and shared a great many RP adventures.

What I'm trying to say here is that I expect you two to become best buds by the end of the year.

it has a deer tail and deer fur, plus furries are know to make basically any animal to have paws. It's safe to say it was suppose to be a deer at some point. And dear Neptune that deer has some cake lol like why that much cake

I've been working on him for a few months...  His movesets change over time, and they will change drastically once he gets his sword and jacket.  He's going to have magic circles, energy sword projectiles, and energy orbs that will follow the closest opponent for a good 50 frames before they disappear.  I have alot planned for him.

I knew I was gonna get flak for uploading this mod...  I thought I was being "ready" to back-sass anyone that tried to belittle me...  Yes I went a little personal on him, but he started it! >:I

I won't do it again...  But man, did he spam the report button to no end...  I DID report him multiple times, but hours went on with no action from admins/mods, so I felt like I had to give some flak back.  Thank goodness the Mods came in shortly after.

Hey man, I appreciate it.  The only thing here is that I don't really feel any hate towards him, it's more of a "Oh, this guy hates me for no reason.  Why?  I guess I can play around with him/her.", but I guess that's not how things work around here...  I'll be more tame when dealing with such nuisances.

Cake is an understatement.  But actually, there's a story about his tail being the way it is.  His master chops Noah tail short while trying to kill Noah (barely missing a killing blow otherwise).  His master was possessed by some evil force, causing him to go bloodthirsty.  .w .

Plus I liked the cute little bunny/deer like tail, then the spots on his rear came after that.

^ Yeah, that's the first model of him, but then I wanted him to have a bit more muscle, since he'd be athletic.  Let me tell yah, for what it's worth, ($250, not too bad) you'd better be making a fully fleshed-out character with the model.  With a little coaching on how to export the models for Brawl Box, Noah became a reality.

Using a flamethrower to solve a mosquito problem isn't justified by "the mosquitos started it" though. .w.
Just don't flame people. There's no harm for anyone in ignoring a negative comment and waiting for the moderation team to work on it. (Yes, it takes hours sometimes.) It's not like anyone threw some irreparable shade at you that would ruin your reputation if people read it. So whenever you get a comment like that, brew yourself some tea, think about reporting the issue, and ponder on why furries get so much flak from other web users.

Also I was kinda joking about the being friends thing? But hey, if you guys wanna try, I won't complain.

What...why...when...I won't even begin to start on some of these hate comments. Sounds like they were written by butthurt 13 year olds. Anyway, love the smoothness of the model. It's cool to see original ideas of your own come to life. Proud of you for doing this. Forget those who hate this mod. Chances are, they are stuck on using someone else's mods with quick edits, poor texturing, or messy vert hacks, but I digress. Keep up the good work on your fox-deer hybrid character!

I'd have to agree. Also, It'd be pretty cool if he switched weapons too, like taunt inputs, or something like that.

That's actually how he fights, he's an alchemist.  So he can summon weapons and energy projectiles.  I say, he's got ALOT of weapons to dish out damage with!

Thank you, man.  I appreciate your support!  I do need a bit of help for the Wii Console players that want this mod, though.  His textures aren't working, and his attacks freeze the game.  Any way to fix that?

I took a look at your model and the texture dimensions are not a power of 2. Simply resizing your texture to 512x512 should resolve the texture issue (unrelated to the PSA issue). Dolphin is more lenient on texture sizes than a real Wii. Ok, so I changed the textures and reverted back to Lucario's unedited PSA.

I'm hoping it works now, but there's something else I wanna find out how to get rid of, and that's the aura that Lucario has...  How do I get rid of the aura on his hands without having it screw up anyone's game on the Wii?

Well, it was a commission, and on top of that it was a bit pricey...

I already have three other models made from him, and they're waiting in the shadows to be made.

One's a Chameleon, a Raven, and a Unicorn.  All bipedal, just like Noah... ;3

Hey guys, I'm gonna be away for a while, I can't say when or why, but I will be working on this mod for about a month.

I'm kicking it into overdrive while I'll be away, so expect some new things to be added to Noah.

Making better animations for his attacks, moving onto tilts and smash attacks, and even specials.

I might be done with all the pretty attack stuff before I move onto movement animations.  Wish me luck.

I'll be making his Final Smash, but not too soon.  Once I get the smash attacks and aerials done, I'll release an update.  Most likely today!

New attack ideas!  I might need some help with these.  I came up with these for the month I was gone to sea:

Down - B (Evasive Drop/Evasive Counter):  Evasive Drop is done in the air, fast falling downwards so you can avoid incoming attacks.  You can interrupt with any other attack or jump after frame 18.  Evasive Counter is a counter that when hit, Noah pops up behind the attacker and can have a chance to either attack or run.  When Evasive Drop is performed and isn't interrupted before he hits the ground, he will perform Evasive Counter.

Up-B (Scythe Uppercut):  Change the Up-b in the air to the scythe, uppercut with it a few times.  On the ground, have him jump into the air and drop kick downwards, but be able to drop off the side of the stage.

Side-B (Raze):  In the air, Noah sword dives diagonally upward, much like Bayonetta's Side - B in the air in Sm4sh, but he's only able to do one.  Ground Side-B will remain as Sword Boomerang.

Neutral-B (Seige Mode/Sword Thrust): On the ground, Noah will pull his lance out and stand his ground.  You can do four different kinds of movements to dodge out of Seige Mode: side rolls, a spot dodge, or a jump.  Noah can throw his lance with B again, but it leaves him vulnerable.  In the air, Noah throws his sword forwards as a projectile.  Used to push people away from the edge when recovering.

Hopefully I can get these done, and all i'd have to do is make his little getup attacks and I'll be done!  Hooray!

That's nice, thank you!  I won't know how to make Noah compatible with anything other than Vanilla Brawl, so that would have to be up to other people if they want him to be compatible.  I'm developing Noah 2.0 right now, and it's top priority, so that's what I'll be working on.

Noah is very BrawlEx friendly as his/her weapons are part of his/her model as opposed to external GFX. I assume v2.0 will fix the bug where all the weapons appear during shieldbreak state.

Hey there, out of curiosity is this project still being worked on? Also thank god the new version in the preview on page 5 has pants, I get unreasonably uncomfortable around empty crotch furry characters.

I really appreciate this so far, they look really nice and a lot of their movements are really fluid and pleasant. Keep up the good work.

Thank you!  I'm currently working on life things, so it's gonna be a while before I get back to the daily grind of working on this.
