The Neutral Special will be: a "Green Missile" attack with mutiple hits
The Down Special will be: Waluigi spins on like how he spins on the air and screams "WAA!" Creating thorny purple vines behind him, which act as a wall for reflect projectiles.

Diddy01 - resembles the color scheme of Fire Mini Donkey Kong with red fur and White clothing.
Diddy05 - the second color however his hat is now yellow to match the costume.

I have 3 projects related to the SSB series
the first is a updated version of Brawl with all elements that were planned to be on brawl
the second is all new mod of brawl with the same characters including the beta ones with movesets based on nintendo games from my childhood
the third one is a DLC for sm4sh on the 3DS with new custom moves more veterans and even the ice climbers

The problem with the third one is how i could dump the files?
