All the HW characters look great! Looking forward to getting them into my PM build. I'm particularly excited to see Ganondorf when he eventually gets done. Saving the best for last I suppose. ;)

That white ZSS is amazing, mainly because of how obscure of a reference it is. As a Metroid fanatic, respect. :P

I assume based on the fact that all 4 of his Melee alternates are there, Ganon will have 11 costumes since he's one of few characters that can go over 10? Or maybe his standard replaces the Brawl brown?

Also, how are Samus' alts going to work? I would guess based on there being vertexes for both Fusion Samus and ZSS that it's in a different slot altogether and since ZSS's blue costume is pretty similar to how she looked in Prime 2, that would fit with Dark Samus in the corresponding blue slot.

GANON. CAN. FLY. *sits and waits patiently for Friday*

:o Art tho!

Whoa. That is AWESOME. Great work!

That could work. Although, since this is based on the SNES F-Zero, I think the Blue Falcon was 111 in that game rather than 07. Just putting that out there.

YES! ...In more than one way! :P

I usually like to play a lot of different characters in PM just because some of them like Bowser are so much better than they used to be. If I were competing, I guess I would narrow my top 3 down to Ganon, Snake, and probably Ike. Love using Samus as well.

Look at what Amsa has done with Yoshi, Axe with Pikachu, Darrell, Hugs, and now Plup with Samus, and Kage, Loki, and Bizzaro Flame with Ganon. All High-Mid tier or lower or at least for now.

Characters are 'better' based on how many options they have in every possible situation and how easily they can do what they want with their opponent, which is why you don't usually see Bowser beating Fox, but it's not impossible. It's just that based on previous results, Fox wins most of the time because of what he can do, so Bowser is considered to be at a disadvantage in that matchup. That's all tiers are. People misinterpret it though that tier mean you have to play Fox to be good.

The best players in the world can all play Fox, Falco, or both, but most of them have a different character they use a lot as well. Mew2King has Sheik and Marth and can pretty much play any character, Mango has Falcon and Puff among others, Armada (probably the best player in the world) mains Peach and has an amazing Young Link, PP has a Marth, the list goes on. These days, you're expected to be able to play one of the Star Fox characters at least as a secondary for 20XX. I refuse. Falco is fun, but I'll never main him again. I have been working on Marth and Sheik though. Long live Ganon!

Saw this one when it first came out and I can't believe Fox and Falco are at the top. Sonic, Ivysaur, Pit, Meta Knight, Diddy, and Zelda should all be above them. All I've heard about those two, especially Falco, is that they aren't similar enough to Melee. I used to main Falco in both Melee and Brawl and I like PM Falco better. Ganon, not as much, but still. Also, Bowser is by no means bad either and he's pretty low, I guess the idea is that regardless of where a character is ranked, the gap isn't very big.

Oh man, there's this one dude in the group of people I play Smash with who hates Ivysaur. He's a Marth player, so he hates dealing with projectile spam.

Which is why he hates my Link, hueheuheuheuheuehueheu

I can see that for Marth a little bit, but try Ganon against projectiles. :P Projectiles I don't mind, Ivysaur, I do. Brawl Ivaysaur was stupid too. He wasn't even that good, but people would just get online and A spam on the ledge and get rewarded for it.

OMG Wizzrobe is making Sonic into the new Fox/Meta Knight. Homing B spam FTW. :/

Never thought I would ever say this, but I'm pulling for FOX.

Watching CEO 2014 right now and MAN, Pit looks ridiculously annoying.

He can be if your opponent knows him as well as Armada does. Sonic is worse IMO. I got beat by someone playing at MAGFest because he B spammed me to death. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't escape. Not a violent person, but I wanted to turn around knock his chair over or something. Ivysaur is by far my least favorite though.

I don't know. Samus is an odd one. She's one of the few characters that (as far as I know) has never been cloned or ported. I would think even as simple as it sounds, it would take a lot of coding. There is a really old code out there that stops her transformations, but I would also think the game would still consider them together no matter what you do. I'm surprised they managed to get it to allow you can select both of their defaults at the same time with separate players. If anyone can do it, it's the PMBR I suppose.

I remembered your guys' import last night and ended up adding that, haha. She looks neato, by the way.

That reminds me though, I really hope they make her default color her red team color and do away with that dumb pink one. I figure that'd be easily done through codes, but I just swapped them manually and put Nano's PED Samus over the default and that's just as good I guess.

That won't happen simply because of Zero Suit's standard costume being blue. Wouldn't fit with the red team. Probably why Nintendo switched it to the pink costume in the first place.

That Dark Suit import is indeed pretty sick. Also, Nano did the PED Suit import right?... Along with the Light Suit that is now an official alt... Hmm...

Could always vertex/import the Dark Suit and recolor the Brawl version to the Phazon Suit or something.
