hey mew, for your Kongo Jungle 64 stage, is it possible to release a version with no barrel at all? i find that the barrel in the nobarrel version is distracting.

I could give a [censored] if it's flat and walk off, it's a beautiful [censored]ing stage, and it looks more than legit.

That's all I gotta say.

true.  im a big fan of mewtwo's work, walk-off or not.  we all have our preferences as to which stage type we prefer though.

Dark Link's room is looking nice so far. However, I can already see people making a very obvious complaint about It.

walk off?

13  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Classic Exp. Pack 4.0: stage alternates (ASL), a little easier to set up on: August 08, 2011, 06:45:49 AM
If I use the old stage-dependent song loader, will it work without the tracklist modifier? That would be nice.

it'll work without the tracklist modifier, but only 1 song per stage :S
14  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Classic Exp. Pack 4.0: stage alternates (ASL), a little easier to set up on: August 07, 2011, 01:49:19 PM
nice job on the new pack

i'd recommend adding stage dependent song loader for each of the custom tracks in your Codeset because the tracklist modifier will freeze the game if you decide to play online.
15  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: Classic Exp. Pack 3.2 - Planet Zebes and Fountain of Dreams upgraded on: July 17, 2011, 06:17:56 PM
I am going to have alternate stages in the next version, loaded by holding R+A (using Dantarion's ASL code.) Only certain stages (such as Skyworld for Brawl/P:M, Hyrule Castle for normal size/P:M size, and Great Bay for water/no water) will have alternates. The ones that don't will show this when you hold R+A:

This is to prevent the game from crashing while still making the filesize small.

The stages that will have alternates will have a plus sign in the lower-right corner - blue for a P:M-related alternate, red for others:

sounds promising Smiley looking forward to the next release
