I can't seem to figure this out either. I've downloaded Mewtwo, and I've found a place for everything except the one file that replaces "Lucario" under his BP. I found the pleacement of the other 2 just fine, but not this one.

I'm pretty sure this is your problem. Here's what's wrong.
1.) I think Blue Moon Battle Ship is actually supposed to go over Final Destination.
2.) It doesn't sound like you edited the: 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 XX in the .rel to: 38 A5 00 00 38 80 00 00 so that it goes over custom stages. You have to do this in a hex program. (the XX depends on the stage the .rel is over).
Thank you for responding! Problem solved! I actually haven't used the custom stage code (haven't figured out how), but thanks to your advice I was able to put Blue Moon Battleship V2 over Final Destination (using the Final Destination rel from the provided download link, changing the XX to 02)! Thank you again.

Sorry that I'm Double Posting, but I found out that for some reason, the .rels don't work unless they're EXACTLY made for this and that and what not. In other words, here's what you can do to get your stages to werk: 1. Go to teh Vault. 2. DL your stage. 3. Look at what stage it's BASED OFF OF, not the dumb discription, but the actual tag that says "Stage - ModelTexture - PICTOCHAT" or whatnot. 4. Follow this link for every single .rel file. 6. Find the .rel that your downloaded stage uses. 7. Rename and replace. 8. Prophet. 9. Ignore both my grammar and counting errors. Lemmie know if this ends up not working, and if you can find a reason why... Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. It still freezes (albeit a few seconds later, so it is quiet when it freezes instead of beeping). I downloaded the link, and renamed the Pirate Ship one to "st_pirates.rel" so that it would work I could replace Pirate Ship with the Blue Moon Battle Ship V2 stage. Heavenly posted in a thread I started about the same problem...it really must be common >.<

Help & Tutorials / Help / BlueMoon Battleship V2 not working for me...

Neither are any of the other hacks that include .rel extensions.
I am using GeckoOS, and haven't had any troubles with other stage hacks, which all go in "X:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\stage\melee".
The only .rel file I have in "X:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\module" right now is "st_pirates.rel", which came with the BlueMoon download. I did not modify either of the files that came in the BlueMoon download; I just put them in the melee and module folders respectively.
For some reason, when I try to launch the modified Pirate Ship, the game freezes on the Stage Selection Screen and an annoying monotone noise plays until I unplug my Wii. Also, I cannot get the Winter SAKURA Ville to work on Smashville, or any other Smashville stages to work; I will make another topic later for that issue, but I thought I'd post it here in case it's related to the .rel problem.
If it helps, stages I have been able to work are Bowser's Castle (75m), Cosmic Lake Galaxy (Battlefield), Hyrule Castle (Bridge of Eldin), Sector Z (Corneria), Orochi's Lair (Final Destination), Autumn Green Greens, Twilight Halberd, Midnight Delfino, Gingerbread Mansion, Dragoon (Lylat Cruise), NSMB Mushroomy Kingdom, Black Mesa (Shadow Moses), Saffron City (Skyworld), Angel Island Zone (Waterfall), Nighttime Yoshi's Island (Brawl), and Phaaze (Zebes).
Any help is appreciated.

Hello, HallowAngel.
I have had this problem before, long before I started hacking my Wii. Every now and then, a Brawl-style screen would appear saying the disc could not be read. After some searching, I found out that it was a mechanical problem with the device within the Wii that reads discs; in other words, your problem likely has nothing to do with the mods.
Disc cleaners did not work for me, so in the end I just bought a new Wii. It may be cheaper for you to send it to Nintendo if you still have a warranty, or get it repaired at a local electronics store.
Hope this helped.
