Ok, what's with all the hating on Sasuke? Anivernage has shown the most progress with incorporating the Sussanoo model in the moveset and people have been wanting a sasuke hack for a long time... there's already been 2 working versions of the "Best Plumber In The World" and frankly it's REALLY broken and I don't know about everyone else but I prefer a more balanced character... Although it looks like this Sasuke might be a little OP considering he will have Sussanoo and Mangeko (spelling?) modes
Anyway, people have been wanting a sasuke hack to go along with the Naruto one for a while and i for one am glad it's finally going to be given a decent shot.
Disclaimer: people are entitled to their own opinions and i hope i havn't hurt the feelings of any of the "corner-dwellers" (i know what it's like, i've been hiding in a corner waiting for this sasuke psa to happen, lol)
Hello, I downloaded a hack for zero over king dedede awhile ago from the old brawl vault (it's not in the current buggy version so don't look) and I use all the codes and stuff and I've never had a problem with it before but now it freezes whenever I do the second jump, any suggestions on how to fix this?
@Tempo_: ONE!? what do you mean only ONE? I can't have two ported characters at once? I have Viewtiful Joe over Olimar, Zero over DDD, and wisp over Jigs... None have had problems till I added Tidus over Pit :/ (and it always freezes when he's in the air)... same thing with zero once I added Tidus, but the others work just fine.
So I tried .rel porting Dissidia Tidus over Pit and just about everything works as far as I can tell, except for the N-Air attack (at least I think that's the culprit)... It freezes the game.
I basically took the port of Tsuan Hitman Reborn moveset port for pit and basically replaced the moveset and textures over pit, and kept my .rel file and codes (no entry/result data, IC constants, sound bank, etc.)
Does this have to do with Pit's multiple jumps? Like I said, I only think it's the N-Air attack, all I know is that it freezes in midair conviniently right when I press N-A.
Tsuan Hitman also froze a couple times when I tested it, but it seemed random and it only happened like once or twice.
So is it something with pit? What's the issue?????
just wait till someone figures out how to .rel port him or try to figure it out for yourself... as of now, that's the closest thing to perfect porting as it's gonna get. :/

*******NEW PROBLEM:******* Tried to port Dissidia Tidus PSA over Pit but N-Air freezes... I have correct IC constants, sound bank, no entry/result data for everyone, correct costumes, correct file names, properly edited .rel file am I missing something?
OK, so now I'm trying to port Viewtiful Joe over G&W... how do I edit the .rel file? I'm trying to gank the one from VJ over Yoshi but the offsets stop at 1A430, so i can't find 1C248
what offsets do I change?
Also, I am using HxD hex editor and it has offsets by 10 and then columns with 00 01 02... etc. so is 1C248 offset 1C240 column 08?????

I'm trying to clone the Ike Naruto Moveset over Wario so I can play with Dissidia Tidas as well, I'm saving Olimar for when King Boo comes out, ROB is currently Sephiroth, and DDD is Zero... Is Wario's extra costumes messing up this process? When I click wario in the CSS, it waits like 3 seconds then freezes

I have the proper Wario.rel from the generic Ike module, only I could not find the IC248 Offset so I settled for the IC240 since it contained the value I was looking for. Does this have something to do with the problem?
OK, Problem 2:
Ever since I ported Wisp over G&W I have not been able to access any CS icons that I put below the y-position that they are normally in with the absence of hacks. What's going on?????
