Hey so I'm using a custom CSS code for the Terra Tower CSS which comes with all the chracters + Zelda/Shiek,  Samus/ZSS, and the independent pokemon.

I used  the codes that came with it which were
-Custom CSS (pre-done)
-Custom Random (pre-done)
-Independent Pokemon Engine v2
-Char ID Fix 2.1
-CSS Fix by Phantom Wings
-CSS Fix for ZSS/Shiek
-Regular Zelda Icon
-CSS Fixes for Giga and Company

Although, while the CSS works, and characters like Shiek and ZSS work fine without crashing, if I choose any of the 3 pokemon, the announcer calls out the name then promptly gives me the loud beep afterwards. e.g. Chariza-BEEEP.

EDIT: Thought maybe adding the alloys dont crash code would help. At first, it did! I chose Squirtle and Charizard fine without crashing. Then I chose Ivysau-BEEEP. After a reset I tried again and I was back to square one as it crashed if I chose the others.  Sad
EDIT2: Okay maybe it did help. It still crashes upon selection, but instead of it crashing 100% of the time upon selection, it's like a 25%. Sometimes, it'll also be a delayed crash, where it'll actually say the full name, CHARIZARD, then like 1 second later it crashes, instead of interrupting the name like it first did. With this delayed crashing, I also tried quickly choosing Charizard and going to the SSS quickly but it'll crash not too long into the SSS.

Is there a folder on the ROOT of your SD Card called riivolution? If there is, inside that folder would have the xml file.
X:/riivolution/whateverxmlfile.xml

Didn't watch the video though...

Oh, I mean like, turning an already given PAC/PCS File from NTSC to  PAL and vice versa.
Most of the hacks on this site are NTSC so sound doesn't work with it.

I know there was one on smashboards, but the file got removed and I can't seem to find another one.
I need it so I can convert NTSC PAC files to PAL (Since I would like to get Custom Voices on characters).

Also, sort of related to the custom voices. I was using Super Sawndz today. I was inserting a Nauto soundpack named 39.sawndz. Only problem was that Group ID 39 was some FRA (I use PAL)  group. I tried ANOTHER sawndz file (30.sawndz), and that ALSO went over Group ID. Needless to say, the sound files in there went corrupt.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but did is what the log said when I tried inserting 30.sawndz.

Well uh... I found out that it's not working because of the REL files included with it. I'm, guessing the ft_dedede.rel & the ft_pikmin.rel are NTSC.

Is there anyway to convert them to PAL?

I've searched around the internet and I have yet to find a solution to this.
I'm using Bionic's Mod Launcher 2.5.1 along with the RiiOcarina ZIP file (Containing Codehandler.bin & Ocarina.xml).
The code file is in X:/codes/RSBP01.gct.
I'm not sure which handler I'm meant to be using, but I tried all of them.

I have tried using Beyondyou's riivolution as well. I edited the xml so that it is all RSBP and not RSBE, and I placed the gct file in the pf folder, but it still did not work.

EDIT: Reason I'm using the codes is because 2 characters require it.
- Cloud over Olimar (2 codes. One so that Olimar has Ike's voice. Second one is so that Olimar has 3 jabs)
- Tifa over Dedede (So Dedede has Ike's IC Constant).
When I try to play as these two guys, it freezes, and I'm assuming it's because of the codes not working.
Also, Tifa came with a ft_dedede.rel file. I put it in this directory:
X:/brawlmods/stage/ft_dedede.rel
That's correctly put in right?

EDIT2: Concluded that the codes WEREN'T the reason. I switched over to Gecko and used the FPC 3.5.5 PAL, and it still froze on Tifa & Olimar.
So I'm wondering... is it because they might be NTSC? Or does such a thing not exist when it comes to things like textures and PSAs?
I might just give up on these characters and just settle for other PSAs.  Sad Kirby Dance
