So maybe making the PSA on Snake would be a better idea? But if you do have a Marth Vertex in the works, just disregard this XD
This hack is brilliant! But the only problemn I can find is that the up-B can be used over and over, which can be used to avoid anything. Maybe you could limit it to one or two uses at a time.
It'd be like Sonic's. He can't use his moves. He just goes sparkly, runs a lot faster, and jumps. For his jump he should just do somersults, and maybe he could have extra or unlimited jumps?
And as you said, low damage and high knockback. That'll work.
Personally I think the up B is great, becasue I also only play against other people.
But playing against other people, namely my brother, showed me a major flaw.
The Rock. It can be spammed to hell. Seriously. It's overpowered. I love the move, but when someone like my brother plays, it's unbareable because it's too strong.
It does decent damage and good knock-back. But it's too much knock-back an damage, maybe cut both those down. And maybe it could be quite a bit slower. Because currently you can just zoom around the stage hitting your opponent and since it's so fast it's impossible to stop you. And once you hit them, you can go back into the rock before they have a chance to stop you. So maybe make it so that you can actually hit them in the rock to break them out, because currently it really is too overpowered.
And also as I said before, you should be able to start the rock in the air and also end it by pressing a button whenever you want.
But really, I can't wait for V.02, it's gonna be amazing!
-EDIT- Also an idea for the Side Smash, just the same as Marios real one, except instead of a firey ball, make star dust effects appear. That would look cool and work really well.
When I said that they trip, I meant they had to be like right beside him when he does it, kinda like when Wario does an uncharged fart, people trip but only if they're right beside him.
But it's up to you really, as long as it reflects I'll be happy :3
Also, I downloaded and tried out the current version. It's really fun to play as, like I really enjoyed it.
Nutural B - It works really well, not much to change here.
Side B- The rock move is awesome, though it would be nice if you could make it so that you could cancel out of it without having to crash or wait. And also you can't use it in the air, he just does his cape animation, I think it would be a lot more useful if you could start the move in the air and continue rolling once you hit the ground. But other than that it's perfect and an aweosme move.
Up B - On the ground I think the start up time is a little too long, otherwise it's okay. In the air it's pretty much fine, except maybe it could be a little faster.
The other moves that have been changed are pretty good and none that really need to be changed, I especially like the running attack and the down smash.
Do you still need a suggestion for a Down B attack? If so I have an idea.
The spin mario does all throughout the Galaxy games when you shake the wiimote, I think that could be his down B. It does very little damage when your opponent gets hit by it but it trips them up. And like in the game it can reflect projectiles.
I think it could be a good move to use for the Down B.
how the heck does that program work??? i put in the stupid .pcs and then ran it...and nothing happened....then i renamed it to .pac and tried again and nothing....i test ran it and it freakin froze teh game.
also for some stupid reason when i use the final smash....at the end when wario transforms back he doesnt transform to the same texture....but he loses his texture and most of his body is invisible and only shows up when he is gettin hit.....

You take the .pcs file (it's extention HAS to be .pcs) You Drag it into the program. You be patiant and wait for all the *'s to finish and it will say to press any key to continue. A new file should have appeared called <filename>.pcs.out Change .pcs.out to .pac That is a working .pac file.
the DL comes in .pcs but i need .pac...i was wonderin if someone has a DL with .pac and .pcs....or if theres a converter out there that can turn .pcs into .pac so i would have both.

But when I put the CSS file in, it did show up, but it didn't work completely (as I said, the bottom two rows didn't work), so I assume those codes are just to get all the extra character tos show up, the pokemon, alloys etc.
But really I'd be happy with just the standerd one, so I can't wait XD
And sadly PAL users do not havethe latest FIle Code, they have toope this one before the one that lets you use music.
