Here you go~ Add 7 to each ID and convert from hex to decimal and that should cover it-- I'm too tired to do it.
Thanks! I found this this website that helped me calculate. b + 7 in hexadecimal = 18 in decimal But I don't have 18 in my list of character sounds, what should I do? Post Merge: August 11, 2017, 09:16:47 PM
I have beta 3.6 homebrew Post Merge: August 11, 2017, 09:23:20 PM
Nevermind, I solved it, all I had to do was put the sawnd file in the folder and rename it 18. Thanks for your help!

I'm not 100% sure about this, so you should test this theory before you believe me, but I'm pretty sure that the character IDs are consistent throughout the various things; so, my theory would be that the IDs are the same as the number associated with the character's CSPs; for example, in the common5.pac, in the ARC containing the CSPs, Mario's CSPs are under TextureData - , so his ID would be 0, Donkey Kong's CSPs are under TextureData [1], so his ID would be 1, etc.
I could be wrong about mario I have these ids: Post Merge: August 10, 2017, 09:45:35 PM
I tried looking on google but the ones that I found are outdated, like this one

You can download the program GiMP for free, open the image, right clicking the layer on the right and clicking on Add Alpha Channel (unless it's grayed out, as that would mean that you already have the alpha channel), and then use the eraser tool on the parts you want totally or partially transparent; experiment with the eraser settings to figure out the different types of transparency
ok thanks, do you have a link so i can download it? Post Merge: August 04, 2017, 12:25:02 AM

Another super easy method is opening it in Paint, doing a Stretch/Skew, and type in a value in terms of percent(max is 400); for example, if I wanted twice the size horizontally but only half the size vertically, I'd put 200 for horizontal, and 50 for vertical
ok thanks

The Steve template's pixels are actually 4 pixels of the same color, making it look like one pixel Post Merge: August 03, 2017, 11:58:37 PM
If I'm understanding you correctly, what I said above will work, or alternatively, you can also directly change the dimension numbers in Brawlbox upon texture replacement, and then just export it after importing it and, it should change the size
Ok thanks

Open the pcs file in Brawlbox, expand TextureData - , expand the folder icon, export the texture you wish to edit, edit it, and then right- click and say "Replace" and choose the texture that you edited
