Hello, I've been recently working on my own stage & editing some from the game.

One thing I haven't fully figured out is how to completely remove a model from the background without making the stage crash. I know I can't just delete it from Brawlbox as I know it has bones, animations sometimes & textures connected to it.

If anyone know how to do this or has a link to a tutorial on the removal of models in stages the help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use some "static" models...

Best color, most stars, and least amount of power. The good life.

How exactly do I create or use the static models. I've seen some in already made stages but never knew what they're for.

There is a method for removing polygons from a character model. Not sure if it does well with stages though...
