I've been working on a texture edit of the Midair Stadium from SSE, the one made for Wifi Room by Eternal Yoshi, turning it into the Game Grid from Tron, and I'm almost ready to submit it.

This is how the stage looks in brawl box with a black background. And I really like how it looks. There's a lot of semi-transparent areas, like the floor.

In Brawl, though, it looks like this.

The transparency isn't showing. It's a transparent blue.

Plus, there's balloons in the background.

Btw I removed the cloud texture before uploading this.

I wanted to know, can someone have a look at my stage and see what needs to be fixed? And how do you get rid of the balloons in the background?
Also, any ideas on how I can make the stage look even better?
Here's the link to the stage and some textures. It works for Final Destination too.

the floor looks like that cause some modles dont allow transparency.

Level needs more black, or perhaps really dark lighting to give it that cool glow effect. Looks good btw.

So there's no way to make the floor transparent then? Sad
Is there anything I can do?

Also I don't really know anything about lighting. I'll need help with that.

Ok when I try to change the lights the text isn't editable. Why isn't it?

But Before i start here are some useful links for stage makers
    Bero's Mod of BrawlBox
I'm pretty sure you need this to edit certain types of MiscData, like lighting.

If a model doesn't support transparency, it doesn't support transparency.
I'd make the material transparent, then import a 2D plane with that texture, laying it over the position.
