Graphics Help {Solved}

Hi, I am fairly new to PSA making and am looking for (a) simple tutorial(s) on how to start making graphics/models to create new movesets for a character. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend an existing tutorial forum for this kind of work in programs such as photoshop, paint,etc. Where its possible to learn how to make completely new moves for a character?

If anyone could steer me in the right direction that would be awesome
