@ Lord Prosper: That's a good idea, we'll do just that. And Blitz can be her B move. Sound good? Thanks for the idea? @Shadow Marth: I'd prefer this to go over Zamus, actually. Zamus' playstyle fits with her to me, so we're gonna keep it on Zamus. But yes, I'd love for you to try if you'd like!  Also guys, good news! Someone on SWF is going to vertex the sword for me, and put it in Zamus' hand! (: hm. ok! Ill start on the PSA as soon as I can! Also how strong do u want her moves to be? Hmm. She kinda needs to be Like SAMUS speed-wise and power wise. When you're making each move, for example, her Up A attack, thinking about Samus' version. even tho it's completely different, the power and knockback really match up |

I offer my PSA services to this project. I'm not really that experienced, because I've only made one PSA ever (check sig for resume), but I know a decent amount of PSA, so I think I can help.
I don't know about the texture, because I've been working on a Lightning texture on Marth, but I totally fail at vertex hacking, so if someone (BeyondYou?) can make the vertex hack, I can do the PSA and maybe even the textures?

Okay, well remember, this is going over IKE, so just keep that in mind!
But yes! That would be wonderful if you could go ahead with making the moves and we'll test them out.
I don't have any aerials made up, but I'm sure we can work on that.
Also, I've got something for Ike's texture, but that isn't what we need right now, we just need to focus on the moves. but yes! that's awesome, go right ahead!

Vendetta - Counter attack after guarding. (I don't know if it's possible, but instead of being able to "grab out of shield", Lightning would be able to immediately attack out of shield, as if every hit to her shield is considered "Perfect Shielding".)
Do you mean that Lightning should have IASA frames upon getting her shield hit every time or that upon getting her shield hit, she always counterattacks with a set attack? Are there maybe good videos somewhere that illustrate the moves well? |

Um, its not a MOVE so to speak, its an auto ability in the game.
And I think it'd be IASA frames everytime. Just so she could retaliate quicker than most characters.

I meant the other moves, like the smashes or B moves, etc.
But Vendetta sounds a bit overpowered... a move like Marth's Counter is risky and you can only do one set move, and Vendetta would be risk-free (if you saw it coming, you couldn't wait it out and attack after the countering window) and you could do any move. Maybe it would go about retaliation some other way?

Yes, that seems fine. And the moves, the only ones I can think of are Blitz, Launch, and Thundara, which can be easily found on youtube if you search "Lightning Commando" for the first two, and "lightning ravager" for thundara.

Uh... I was being really lazy, I guess, so if you're absolutely sure that it'll be over Ike and not ZSS or Marth like the original plan, then I think I'll start on it as soon as possible.
I saw Lightning in Song's poll, but it looks like it'll be a really long time before Song gets to Lightning and Inuyasha...
Is there going to be some sort of Lightning texture on Ike eventually...?
It looks like Marth and ZSS would make a lot more sense... turning Ike's hair into Lightning's sounds like it would suck. >.>
