I think Neo would best fit snake because to me they stand the same, has a lot of weapons and already has the ammo packets. Plus not to mention the fact that there isn't any good PSA's for snake.

Yeah, it's on him. Not sure what moves to use, so I'm just putting in some moves I think he would use. And he has a machine gun. And I might somehow work out his bullet stop, except it would be a offensive collsion stop.

Well I finally tried out your Hollow Ichigo PSA, and I just have this to say:

It's *sniff* beautiful. I love him so much. The B move (Getsuga Tensho) is definitely my favorite part, with his Final Smash coming in a close second (I say "Death Star Attack" every time I execute it because it kicks ass and for laughs). The only issue I have is the model and is running movement. The model could use a little bit more work (and the cape :XD:), and he could use a different running animation. The floating...doesn't look right. Aside from that, incredible work with this PSA Hollow.
Oh, and as a tribute here is a CSP and Battle Portrait for him. I'm going to do more, but for now this is what I have done.

In the movie he flies. Plus a cool move he could do is stick out one hand, then time stops for a short time.  He also does alot of slow motion stuff too.

I know he flies. I don't have any objection to him flying. I'm just asking to improve the animation is all. It just doesn't look right to my eyes.
And I believe you mean the anime.

??? I mean the matrix. Neo flies, does slow mo attacks, and can freeze time for a bit. I have never seen the anime.

Alright. The moves I have for Neo. Please tell me if you like them or not.

*All the moves are very fast*

AAA: Punch, punch, then kick. 5%,6%,7% (Ike's punches, and kick)
A>: Uppercut. 10% (CF's B side)
A^: Double kick up. 10%,10% (CF's Up Smash)
AV: Kick forwards, then back. 10%,10% (Ganon's slip attack)
UpSmash: Thrusts hand into the air imbued with electricity. Hits multiple times. 17% (ItemAssist)
FSmash: Thrusts hand out in front of him, and a lightning bolt shoots out. 20% (LightThrowF)
DownSmash: ?
NAir: Forward Kick with a sweet spot on the toe. 13%,21% for sweetspot (first kick of snake's NAir)
FAir: Forward punch. 13% (LightThrowAirF)
BAir: ?
DAir: ?
UAir: Upward Kick. 13% (last kick of snake's Nair)
B: Machine gun. Takes out a super scope, but no super scope bullets. Loops if you hold B. (super scope rapid fire) (Not done yet)
Side B: It's at 0:31 (not done yet)

Try copying TheWill's shadow over DK super scope rapid fire. With the stars on the bullets its instant ko to anyone caught. At first I thought it was a glitch with the psa, a good one too, but I think it was intentional.
