It might be the thing where he's only limited to using it while he has control of Ichigo's body, but not when he's inside Ichigo's Inner World.

I know, but a Cero is like a Hollow's signature. It's awesome. lol I know. Alright then here's what I propose. Have the Cero as his standard B button and give it some power, but also give it some lag (since it takes like a second or two to fire a Cero anyway) so it can't be spammed. Then, for his down B move give him Getsuga Tensho. Make it chargeable and don't give it much lag. How does that sound? |

Hey hollow, do you still want to work with fire sonic's FS? I checked my current sonic psa on my SD and it was still him (thank god xD) so I could send u a zip file of what I have already.
The only other thing I think I would ask is if you can get him to not go into his ball form when he does his new up smash. (At the end you can see him finishing Zelda's animation for her up smash)
