neo sounds interesting, i look forward to it. i say bleck cause i can and i NEED NO ONE APPROVAL for it. im not a fan of bleach or naruto, but i was.. so i still poke my head in everyonce in a while. either to laugh or :O....
im gonna shut up about hollow ichigo and just watch you guys.

Why give Neo a clone? I think for one if his attacks he freezes time for a little bit. just like the pic you put up. For his Final smash I think it should be like snakes but instead of shooting grenades neo has a mini gun.

The PSA sounds neat neat so far
I know that you could easily use the superscope's gfx when it's empty (tiny puffs of smoke) for the machine gun blasts; have you figured out though what to use for bullets?

O.o Thank you so much! I honestly didn't expect you to attempt it so soon! As for your movesets (yay, ontopic discussion!), my favorite by far is Darth Vader (no, i'm not a huge starwars fan ). There's so many combos possible with him, and so many ways to annoy and manipulate your opponent! |
