I just got Riivolution working an it is pretty awesome but I noticed a few things wrong with it.

    1. I can't take out the SD card to update it with new textures or any other file without resulting in a freeze.

    2. I can't take snapshots.

Is there any way I can have these features back?

Gecko OS is the better choice for Brawl hacking, especially since you can update most files without having to restart your game.  Also, you're able to take snapshots like normal.

Of course, voice effect replacing is not possible with Gecko OS right now.  And you also need the File Patch Code when doing Brawl hacks with Gecko OS; latest version is 3.5.1, but 2.1a (an older version, which uses less lines of code) is also available via this post.

I use Gecko on a regular basis. But what I'm asking is what Riivolution CAN'T do. I know it allows voice hacks and replacing movies, but what wouldn't it allow?

Saving directly to the sd card for example
There's really nothing else it can't do

That's all? Not too big of a deal.
But I tried downloading the.xml file, but it takes me to a blank screen. Anyone got one to share, and where do I put it?

Whichever one will still allow Vertex, texture, music, and stage hacks, the basic stuff.
