ok here's my take I'm not sure if the white outline is necessary as most people don't select them that way anymore, charizard's eyes may be a little big just by a small amount, squirtle is obvious, and ivysuar's eyes are strange, anyway i really like that but you should have the pokeball in front of the pokemon, also when you have made a final one you better like it because those are the last ones i would want to remake
