    im on a different comp and i downloaded gimp 2.6 but the damn toolbar doesnt show up anymore help!

    control panel>add remove programs>then go to gimp.  should be able to uninstall and then download again, or reinstall there.

    kk, try opening gimp and pressing control B, or windows>toolbox
