Can Peach's hair be made transparent via textures?

Her body textures only can be CMPR format, which don't support transparency.

All I needed to do was make her hair shorter, not completely transparent. Because that would obviously leave a hole in her head.

Yours? Yes, I'm aware of that, but I'm using Lensho's Rosalina as a base for a hack I'm making, and there's no short haired Rosalina hacks in the vault. :O

uh.. it can be made transparent withn the texture... using brawlbox.. to get the texture in pgn.. or gif.. format i dont remember well.. and using a editor that can use transparence...
like photoshop.. i use pixlr editor (image editor webpage) then you just save it the same size and name.. replace the old image file... and tadah its transparent... i did it once with zelda..
 she looked weird from close but it looked normal from far..

Peach's hair can be made transparent through texture hacking, but you're better off making it shorter with vertex edits; making the hair transparent by texture hacking leaves behind a hole that you can see through.
