I decided to rip one of my wii games to see if I could get music off of it. I picked Punch-Out.
Now, when I go into it in wiiscrubber, there's a ton of .wav files. There are txt files to tell me what is what (Thankfully), but whenever I save a file, I can't open it in Windows Media Player (Audacity doesn't give me the song either for some reason, just gives me a split second of static), so I can't test to make sure it is correct. Sometimes, Audacity also says it does not recognize the format, when it's clearly .wav.
How do I go about converting these wavs to brstms for Brawl, while keeping the original loop point intact? There's gotta be an easy way to do this then having to re-make loop points.

They don't play in winamp, either. For some reason, any wav files in this do not work.

.Send me a file cause i wanna see something, if you can. Also, there are some plugins that you need to add to winamp to play files.

Told you... Now, some actual help? A way to play it, and a way to convert it to brstm without losing the original loop point. I know this kind of conversion is possible, MooseHunter did it on ESH... And yes, direct rip from the iso using wiiscrubber.

All I can say is to google "free youtube to mp3 converter" and youtube search any Punchout songs that you want. They should be eazy to loop because (I'm assuming) they will be looped in the preview as well.

I already have the whole soundtrack in mp3 format. I just wanted to be able to easily rip a wii game and convert the whole soundtrack to brstm format, and Punch-Out was my test.

I tried ripping ACCF, and it only had 1 music in the whole thing... At least that music was a brstm, lol...
I also tried ripping Sonic Mega Collection. No music format I know of, and most of the stuff in it is roms.
Maybe I'll try TP next, that should have something usable on it, right?
