Fair warning, it's looking good, but you have to put it in brawl sonic's T pose. His arms and legs would be messed up if you don't.
This is assuming the third model is the vertex edit.

...Excuse me? Lol, Pik's is much better. This Dr. Mario is just a bland model hack that has textures from Melee slapped on with no effort. Plus, it doesn't even look like the actual Dr. Mario. Not only does Pik have Dr. Mario's design spot-on, but he also gave it extra detail to look like it actually fits in Brawl. Geez, if you wanna turn Brawl into Melee so bad, you should just go play Melee... |

I kind of have to agree with my boy Cuckoos. This is good and all but Pik just released his and it's more accurate. If you really want to work on a true Dr. Mario, I'd recommend using Piks as a base and finish where he left off. |
