regarding your patching problem VILE released a method of vertexing that eliminates patching allegadly...

u can also try serious bone editing, ive done it with my elephant's ears and all my hairless toonlinks, it consists in renaming the bone thats messing up the model and then change the translations and rotations in the T-pose until it looks decent enough...

It's not what do you think.

I not want to delete a polygon, it's the polygon isn't really good. You see?

The polygon don't have take the good form and i try with double patch. But 3ds Max glitch at the 4th patch and the result was more horrible when i add the patch.

yes, that happened to my elephant's ears, and used this method to get it a bit in place ^^
try a simple double patch (not 3 or 4 or 5 or etc.) and than do what i said ^^
