Put the .pcs in the folder then drop the pcs onto lz77 something and let the file run, DO NOT CLOSE THE COMMAND PROMPT!!! Otherwise the .pcs.out will NOT work. When it's done rename the pcs.out to .pac and you're done.
You should use that for Samus, Bowser, Zelda, PKMN Trainer and such at the very least since they're transforming characters. |
