Converting .pac to .pcs

I want to convert a .pac to .pcs but I forgot how
and I know there's a way.Help please.

smashbox is the easiest way. (look on smashboards for it)

You mean like right click and rename it to .pcs?

For people who are wondering:
He modified something in the brres. (Not telling what.) He is using the pac but needs the pcs. ASH wont extract it anymore. (Due to the modifications) So he has to manually convert it. And Smashbox. Get it Here.

And yes it is a secret. I know it but Im not telling. *zips mouth then locks and throws key in milk*

Okay, I tried to convert it manually but whenever I run ntcompress in
the command prompt.I never get a .txt file. So what do I do?

Wait. Rename the compress pac into pcs.
