my computer takes five seconds to load any thing what do i do?

5 seconds isn't really that bad in my opinion. I wish my computer could load stuff that fast.

Try defragmenting your hard drive.

what are your CPU specs??

mine:
Emachines (gatway) motherboard
1600 onboard GFX
1GB (512MB x 2) RAM
AMD Sempron 2Ghz Processor
