    He's back...
    WALUIGI

    The new Waluigi project VERSION 2 is here! And almost FULLY PLAYABLE! He now has new moves for his racket, which he'll put away after attacking with it. He now works flawlessly over player four. But, he still has problems with players 1, 2, and 3. He also now has character selection portraits, icons, and id's! Also, he now has recolors! He's over ToonLink. He can grab, block, taunt, dodge, grab ledges, and he even has specials! (We still need to get to work on a final smash). The day everyone has been waiting for... Who knew we would get this far? Luckily, Nintendo already conveniently made him an assist trophy to give us a little head start with a model. He's got a new PSA moveset done and a whole lot of animations! Just look at that dastardly mustache pull!

    Right now we're looking for someone advanced with coding for sound replacement. We don't want a 10 year old Link's voice coming out of Waluigi's body (and I'm sure everyone agrees with me).

    Problems
    1. Game freezes upon picking up an item. This is do to Waluigi having less original bones than ToonLink. Waluigi has 31 bones, ToonLink has 36. 2. Waluigi is sometimes glitchy when being played as by players one, two, or three. (He gets hit by every attack on the screen). So, only player four could be him. The reason for this is currently unknown. The same thing happens when doing Waluigi vs Waluigi. To play as Waluigi without the "getting hit by every attack on the screen" glitch, simply make sure your controller is in the fourth controller port.

    No separate gct file required! Place the files in the "ToonLink" folder.

    Attacks
    (All moves use custom & Waluigi animations)

    Neutral Attack Combo - Wario's two punches.
    Side Attack - Racket swing. Takes out his racket and Swings horizontally.
    Up Attack - Grows a huge fist and hits upward. Similar to Mario's.
    Down Attack - Stomps on the ground rapidly.
    Dash Attack - Captain Falcon's dash attack.
    Neutral Aerial Attack - Two kicks in a sitting-like motion.
    Aerial Forward Attack - Kicks forward with both feet while doing a twirl. Similar to Falco's.
    Aerial Back Attack - Kicks backward with both feet.
    Aerial Up Attack - Kicks upward with both feet.
    Aerial Down Attack - Stomps down rapidly. Similar to Yoshi's.
    Side Smash - Stomps down in front of him. Fire damage.
    Up Smash - Luigi's Up Smash. His head grows huge and smashes up.
    Down Smash - He spins on his head with his feet out.
    Neutral Special - Waluigi charges up, his head grows large, and he smashes his head forward. Fire damage. Similar to the falcon punch.
    Side Special - Takes out his racket and swings forward. Fire damage.
    Up Special - Similar to Links. Does a twirl. Can be charged on the ground.
    Down Special - Takes out his racket and hits downward. Fire damage.
    Aerial Neutral Special - Same as when used on the ground.
    Aerial Side Special - Flies forward and barrel rolls. Timing changes direction.
    Aerial Up Special - Similar to Links. Twirls and flies upward.
    Aerial Down Special - Same as when used on the ground. Fire damage.

    Taunts, Wait, and Win Animations
    Up Taunt - Loud Laugh.
    Side Taunt - Upper body does a backflip while lower body doesn't move.
    Down Taunt - Kinda Like Luigi's. Hard to explain.
    Wait1 - Waluigi's usual standing animation.
    Wait2 - Waluigi looks behind him, nods, and taps his foot once. Very detailed.
    Wait3 - Waluigi puts one hand on his hip and pulls his mustache.
    Win1 - Waluigi Jumps very high and lands on the ground, sitting.
    Win2 - Waluigi lands on the ground, crouching, and looks like he's talking.
    Win3 - Waluigi Falls on the ground from sky-high, gets up, and acts dizzy.

    However, a PSA that can freeze is a big no-no to me, and if the gameplay is glitchy in some situations, it's even worse, so I think your main priority now should be to find a way to dissimulate these.  Undecided

    The PSA CAN'T freeze and the gameplay isn't glitchy. That's what makes this exciting. He's almost fully playable. All we need is to fix the item grabbing freeze, (thats the only freeze) give him grabbing attacks, make his shield work, (the shield bubble is so small that it doesn't block) and make him work on players 2, 3, and 4. (right now, Waluigi only works on player 1) Then we'll need to finish his final smash. And, of course, give him new moves in the process.

    Freezing when grabbing an item and having a glitchy gameplay when played whit players 2, 3 and 4 ... was actually what I meant when mentionning the fact that it "can freeze" and "is glitchy in some situations".

    Freezing when grabbing an item isn't from the PSA and is unfixable at this time.  Also, the glitchy players 2, 3, and 4, is a very mysterious glitch. It happened when changing the scale of a bone to "0" making it non-existant. But, when that was fixed, the problem still happens to players 2 and 3. But, not to 1 and 4. It's really strange and the only theories seem to be unprovable. What would the scale of a bone have to do with which player it still happens to? The glitch is currently being worked on by snoopy. In version 2, he works on players 1 AND 4. So that's a start with getting rid of it. (version 2 isn't released, yet).

    Because of the amount of bones. He has the closest amount of bones and fragment relating to Waluigi's. Therefore, ToonLink is the least glitchiest port for Waluigi.

    Because, the guy who made the animations HATES Toon Link with a burning passion, trust me, I know him.

    First off, my friend MarioKing64DS is the one who made the animations, second, I don't think you can fix the glitches yet, it has something to do with the model's original bone count... Or so I hear anyway...
