cant get riivolution to work

i got the latest version of it and when it loads up it shows an empty grey/red menu

what supposed to be there? is 1.03 hte wrong version

(i just wanted to try out THP vids is all.

You need a working .xml for every game you have hacks for.
Go to their Wiki's Main Page and click "Patch Templates", the rest will be explained there.

edit: found the page...no explanation just says thats the file i need. nothing on how to use/place it

edit:  ....still confused about somthing....how do i turn it into an .xml document.
the RSBE.xml comes as one but the other that is more impotant comes as i page that i should copy and paste?

edit again: think i got it, i right click and 'save as' seems to work.
is SSBBfiles the correct file name? or what should it be?
