Flaming Blue Css and Alloy Help

I downloaded ASF1Link's Dark Flaming Blue CSS and I put the codes in to have Giga Bowser, Warioman, and all the Alloys in the CSS, but in the CSS, they're just second pictures of their corresponding counterparts (i.e. Warioman's CSP is Wario, Red Alloy is Captain Falcon). Is there a way to change their CSP into what they are and not just a double of other characters?
