Well, in this case, I just used the AiS model ripper, but yeah, I know how to Tpose models.

how? you play with bones or something? cuz I have no idea how to do that..

Playing with bones is easy mode. The hard way is manually doing it by moving groups of vertices. It's not hard, just time consuming.
