    I am going to ask a bunch of them, so please be advised.

    1- Materials - What is their importance? How do you change them? What are they useful for?

    2- PSA - What good would using the Laser Sword's sword glow with Zero's (TvC) saber bones do? Would it produce a lightsaber-like effect or no?

    3- Hacking - Is there a way to extract Zero's Z-Saber article from TvC. Has anybody successfully ported the articles of the characters from TvC?

    4- Model Imports - Since TvC models do not have bones that are not named the same way as Brawl, are there any fatal errors that could occur for Zero?

    5- Model Imports & PSA - Is there a way to put the article onto the bones, or does it have to be called into the hand in Brawl?

    1- I don't know.

    2- The gfx would only be a blue saber like the beam sowrd.

    3- Yes. Demonboy replaced the Beam Sword with his Z-Saber. It was posted somewhere on hardcorebrawlhacks.

    4- Aside from not normally using swapped animations no. But that's a quick fix anyway if you'd want to.

    5- You can change what bone articles are assigned to for PSAs.

    1) As far as I know the materials effect how the games lighting effects the model and probably has other functions as well that I don't know.

    You can edit them by going into the .mdl0s "Materials 1" folder, you can click on each of the Materials contents and should be able to edit things like Textures, Layers, and a bunch of "Flags." I believe Flag 3 controls how lighting affects the model.

    these are all lies

    1- what beyond you said.  some textures are visible clearly through fog/other textures, and some are not. this has to do with materials
